Partner with J.R. as he uses his gifts to glorify God in kingdom work!

John Ross ("J.R.") Crooks loves God and follows Jesus Christ his Lord and savior. He is a husband to Brianne and dad to five beautiful children: Ellamae (14), Gracie (12), Amelia (10), Margot (8), and John (6).

The Crooks family is part of Fellsmere Historical Church in Fellsmere, Florida, in the northwest corner of Indian River County.

J.R. and Brianne have served in both children and youth ministries. They also have lead adult men’s and women’s small groups.

J.R. was raised in Brevard County and lived in Seminole, Martin, and Indian River counties as well. At Winter Springs High School, he lettered four years in varsity baseball and volleyball. He played baseball for one year at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama before transferring to Florida State University. At FSU, he met his wife-to-be!

J.R. spent nearly fifteen years as an editor and analyst in the financial publishing industry.

He began feeling God's call towards ministry six years ago. God formed J.R.'s call to FCA through friendships, volunteering, and ministering to young athletes.

Daniel Pastor loves Jesus Christ, and he brings that out wherever he is and whoever he's with.

Daniel leads a weekly Bible study for young men. He is part of Gracespring Church in Vero Beach, Florida.

Daniel was raised in Vero Beach. He played varsity basketball at Master's Academy. He is finishing up his final semester (mostly remote) at Florida International University in Miami!

He and his family are a blessing to so many in our community, serving with great humility and great impact.
